At Shadow Chauffeur & Limousines, we understand that travel plans may change. Our policy is designed to remain transparent and fair for both our clients and operational planning.

1. Free Cancellation

* All standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2. Refund Policy

* Cancellations made between 24 hours and 6 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

3. Custom & Special Bookings

Custom bookings, including specially arranged itineraries, multi-vehicle reservations, event transportation, or services requiring advance operational planning, may be subject to separate cancellation conditions and may be non-refundable.

4. Booking Changes

* Changes requested up to 24 hours before pickup are allowed free of charge.
Any fare difference based on the current standard price may apply.
* Changes requested between 24 hours and 6 hours before pickup are subject to availability and approval.
* Changes requested within 6 hours before pickup cannot be guaranteed and are generally not permitted.

5. Flight Delays

For airport pickups, we monitor incoming flights in real time. Delayed flights are accommodated whenever valid flight details are provided during booking.

6. No-Show Policy

A booking will be considered a no-show if:

* the passenger cannot be reached,
* fails to appear within the included waiting time,
* or incorrect pickup details were provided.

Included waiting time:

* Airports: 60 minutes after landing
* Train stations: 30 minutes
* Other pickups: 15 minutes

No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking amount.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
